After-School Literacy Camp — Vine City

A two-week intensive literacy camp combining phonics, creative writing, storytelling, and read-aloud sessions. Each child receives a personal book kit to take home. Led by certified reading specialists and supported by 15 trained volunteers.

Arts & STEM Innovation Workshop — Westside Atlanta

A six-day hands-on workshop blending visual arts with science, technology, engineering, and math. Students will build simple robots, design digital art, and present a final project to a panel of local professionals. Sponsored by a leading Atlanta tech firm.

Back-to-School Supply Drive — Bankhead, Atlanta

Our flagship annual supply drive — the largest single event on our calendar. Families will receive fully stocked backpacks, grade-specific school supplies, hygiene kits, and information about our scholarship program. Volunteer sign-ups are now open.

HBCU College Campus Tour — Atlanta Cluster

📅 September 14–16, 2025 📍 Morehouse, Spelman & Clark Atlanta University 👥 Ages 14–18 🎒 35 spots available

A three-day immersive college exploration experience visiting three of Atlanta's Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Students will attend campus tours, sit in on classes, meet admissions counselors, and hear from current students about college life and financial aid.

A weekend outdoor education retreat at Stone Mountain Park combining environmental science, nature journaling, team-building activities, and guided hikes. Children will learn about Georgia's ecosystems, conservation, and their own role as environmental stewards.
