Scholarship applications open each January for the following academic year. To apply, email us at admin@1aSI.thecharityforchildren.org with the subject line "Scholarship Application" and include the student's name, grade level, school, and a brief description of financial need. Our team will send you the full application package within 3 business days.

We welcome volunteers of all backgrounds and skill levels. Complete the contact form above or email us directly, selecting "Volunteer Application" as your subject. All volunteers must complete a background check and a 4-hour orientation before their first event. We have flexible scheduling options for working adults.

We are proud to direct 100% of program-designated donations to direct services for children. Our administrative and operational costs are covered by a separate pool of unrestricted funding from foundation grants and board contributions. Our annual audited financials are available upon request.

Absolutely. We accept in-kind donations of new school supplies, backpacks, books, and educational materials year-round. Please email us before dropping off items so we can coordinate receipt. Our most-needed items are listed on our Support Us page.

We offer a range of corporate partnership opportunities including event sponsorship, named scholarships, employee volunteer programs, and in-kind support.
